Sonia photographed our wedding in May and we have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her to anyone looking for high-quality photos. We have a wonderful record of our day captured in a mixture of excellent black and whites and bright colors that reflect our wedding's spirit. Our photos are beautiful, artistic and capture even the smallest details.

Sonia was wonderful with my three kids. She was patient, funny and knew when and how to distract and redirect. She let them play and be themselves and when she had to pose them, she was easygoing and quick. It was the easiest photo shoot we've ever done with them! And the pictures are amazing! The kids look happy and relaxed. No fake or strained smiles. What's more, she captured their individual personalities perfectly. She was very tuned into them and caught some great moments. We are extremely happy and highly recommend her, especially if you have kids.

I am so very pleased with Sonia from Sonia Maria Photography. We have three very active and wild miniature pinschers and thought we would never get good pictures of them. We tried ourselves but the pictures never came out and taking dogs out in public to a photographer just did not sound like a good idea. Then we found Sonia. For a reasonable price she came right to our home and quickly set up a very professional studio (with lights and background) right in our living room! She was so easy to get along with and so good with the dogs and was patient and caring even when they were wild and crazy. Sonia was generous with her time and took many, many pictures, but in the end, I wondered how many could really turn out well? To my surprise and delight she returned to us numerous pictures of each dog that are truly works of art. They hang on our walls and fill our albums. Sonia was able to give us a gift we never thought we would have: good pictures of our “babies”! If she can capture the inner angels in our crazy crew, she can do anything!

Working with Sonia was a blast! I never felt rushed, or uncomfortable. She has such a warm personality and genuinely cared that I got every thing I wanted out of my photo shoot. I was impressed with her diligence and preparedness, and how Sonia offered competent artistic direction through out the session.
